Delivery fees apply. Customers may be charged foreign transaction fees set by credit card companies. Orders will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post.
All products on the Dr. Fukaya Shop website show tax-free prices, and remain tax-free when shipped outside Japan. Any orders shipped within Japan will be applicable of sales tax of 10% separately after placing an order.
Payments must be made via credit cards within 5 working days from order placement.

Shipping timeframe
Estimated delivery time shall be considered as indicative only. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days after payment is confirmed. Any products not available at the time of order will be sent to Customer as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer. Dr.Fukaya Shop cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the manufacturer or any other third party.

Exchanges/returns/cancellations
Exchanges, returns or cancellations are only accepted if Customer complies with the following procedures. Customer must first contact Dr.Fukaya Shop by email (info@drfukaya.ocnk.net) to arrange exchange, return or cancellation of the goods.

Exchange
You may exchange new, unopened items sold by Dr. Fukaya Shop within 10 days of delivery for payment of postage and difference in price. An exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging to Dr.Fukaya Shop (the return address in Japan will be given by customer service). Recorded delivery is recommended for the return of items, as in the event of loss, exchange or refund will not be possible. Any postage incurred by return will be paid by Customer.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before the shipment of orders. If the order has already been dispatched prior to cancellation, our return procedure will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and Customer will remain liable for full payment. If Customer wishes to cancel their order, please contact Dr.Fukaya Shop by email (info@drfukaya.ocnk.net) immediately.

Damaged / Lost items
Customer shall inspect goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods, unless within 10 days Customer shall notify Dr. Fukaya Shop that the goods are rejected. If no such action has been taken, Dr.Fukaya Shop shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept a return at later date.

Please note that Dr. Fukaya Shop does not have access to or retain our customer's credit card information. The only information stored at Dr. Fukaya Shop is a customer's transaction history, name, delivery address & e-mail address.
