We ship internationally. Orders will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post.

|How to Order||
Cancellations are only accepted if customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and before order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to cancellation, our return procedure as defined above will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and customer will remain liable for full payment.
Cancellations can be made via Dr.Fukaya Shop email address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please note that most orders are processed within 5 hours and shipped within 72 hours.
|Shipping timeframe||Estimated delivery time shall be considered as indicative only. We usually dispatch orders within 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Any products not available at the time of order will be sent to customer as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer. Dr.Fukaya Shop cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party.|
Customer shall inspect goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods, unless within 10 days customer shall notify Dr. Fukaya Shop that the goods are rejected. If no such action has been taken, Dr.Fukaya Shop shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept return at later date.
If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set above, customer must contact Dr.Fukaya Shop by email or inquiry form first to arrange return or exchange of the goods.
Where goods have been received damaged, a refund or exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 21 days of receipt of the order to Dr.Fukaya Shop address. Dr. Fukaya Shop cannot exchange products for any other reasons.
Where goods are signed for at arrival, customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. If customer believes that a parcel has been damaged, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
In the event of damaged or lost parcel, Dr.Fukaya Shop will forward a claim to appropriate courier on behalf of customer. Dr.Fukaya Shop will liaise with customer to replace or trace the missing item(s).
Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution from courier companies.
Any information passed through to drfukaya.ocnk.net is via a secure connection using Secure Socket Layer technology at 128bit encryption.
Please note that Dr. Fukaya Shop does not have access to or retain our customer's credit card information. The only information stored at Dr. Fukaya Shop is a customer's transaction history, name, delivery address & e-mail address.
