Exchanges, returns or cancellations are only accepted if Customer complies with the following procedures. Customer must first contact Dr.Fukaya Shop by email (drfukaya.shop@gmail.com) or
the inquiry form to arrange exchange, return or cancellation of the goods.

Exchange
You may exchange new, unopened items sold by Dr. Fukaya Shop within 10 days of delivery for payment of postage and difference in price. An exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging to Dr.Fukaya Shop (the return address in Japan will be given by customer service). Recorded delivery is recommended for the return of items, as in the event of loss, exchange or refund will not be possible. Any postage incurred by return will be paid by Customer.
(お届けより10日以内であれば、新品で未開封の商品の交換を承ります。交換の場合、送料と商品金額の差額をお支払いいただきます。交換の商品は、返品を確認後に発送いたします。返品先住所は、カスタマーサービスにお問い合わせください。返品の際に、紛失が発生した場合、交換の対応不可となりますので、書留配達を推奨いたします。返品にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。)
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before the shipment of orders. If the order has already been dispatched prior to cancellation, our return procedure will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and Customer will remain liable for full payment. If Customer wishes to cancel their order, please contact Dr.Fukaya Shop by email (drfukaya.shop@gmail.com) or
the inquiry form immediately.

Return
You may return new, unopened items sold by Dr. Fukaya Shop within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the full products price. Postage is non-refundable. A return application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging to Dr. Fukaya Shop (the return address in Japan will be given by customer service). Any postage incurred by return will be paid by Customer.

Damaged / Lost items
Customer shall inspect goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods, unless within 10 days Customer shall notify Dr. Fukaya Shop that the goods are rejected. If no such action has been taken, Dr.Fukaya Shop shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept a return at later date.
