Returns are only accepted if Customer complies with the following procedures. Customer must first contact Dr.Fukaya Shop by email (info@drfukaya.ocnk.net) to arrange return of the goods.

You may return new, unopened items sold by Dr. Fukaya Shop within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the full products price. Postage is non-refundable. A return application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging to Dr. Fukaya Shop (the return address in Japan will be given by customer service). Any postage incurred by return will be paid by Customer.
（お届けより10日以内であれば、新品で未開封の商品の返品を承ります。返品先住所は、カスタマーサービスにお問い合わせください。返品の際に、紛失が発生した場合、交換の対応不可となりますので、書留配達を推奨いたします。返品にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。）
